Avocado
We have heard a lot about the benefits of putting avocado in our dietary habit. Known as the first fruit a baby can eat, it balances sugar level in human blood, burning belly fat, and it does much more! So I've been taking avocado everyday since a month ago, and I can see a lot differences now. And that's just by putting avocado in my sandwiches every morning. I also put some on my face, and the result surprises me too! What a fabulous complexion! *matilahBelow are the avocados - my avocado supply for a week...
