Tiada bukti kopi Starbucks haram

I've been calling the phone number given by some anonymous readers, with regard to the questionable Halal status of Starbucks... and nobody answered any of my calls!

I read Kosmo Online today, and I'm so happy with what I have just read! Starbucks is Halal, people! Yeah~ I can continue lepaking at my usual SBUX after gym everynight! ;)

And for sure, some jealous people will attack me about the Israeli regime that Starbucks was reportedly involved in. But I have my own views on that...

U can read the article in Harian metro at this link, and also at Starbucks' website...

Right now, I am celebrating the good news at Starbucks Taipan USJ... Ahhhh... I miss my frapuccino and latte so much!

Another occassion to celebrate: My travel visa has been approved! LOL

I don't know lah why ppl like to fwd anything the got (especially bab2 mcm ni) without checking it. Last time pun I got massive msg about coffee bean tak halal and I did the same thing with you, called the number given (sbb geram sgt everybody is spamming that thing), and guess what, that incharged person said CB is halal too. It's just that their license expired and in the middle of renewing it.

And current attack is the Dutch product like Ferrero Rocher, Dutch Lady, etc etc. And everybody is simply fwd it. If I'm not mistaken FR is from Italy and does it has something to do with the boycott. And dutch lady I don't know la..I simply know this is Msian punya milk hehe. Gotta check this one.

Oh ya..my point is, most of the time I'm quite upset with our way or mentality you might say, suka sebar2 kan menda yg tak pasti. It's not good knowing org kita ni cepat melatah.

i think we should do our own research when banning something, such as the dutch companies. internet kan ada, everything is a click away

Emm yeah I agree with what has been said in the comments. Sometimes ppl simply fwd emails/messages without checking first. Maybe they will feel like its the correct thing to do. But what if the info is wrong. You're simply giving bad names to product.and abt the boycotting, i think if the ppl fwding the message really themselves boycott the products, then they have the right to fwd the message, tp kalo sendri pun same je, takpayah laaa..just my 2 cents.

Although im late 2 years in this topic, kehalalan starbucks masih dipersoalkan. Starbucks da ade sijil halal dari jakim pon. Mcm kt http://www.jurnalhalal.com/2010/03/adakah-starbucks-dan-coffee-bean-halal.html pon ade info yang hampir same. Sy sniri pon sampai kt jwpn yg sama. Starbucks la lps nie :P

I doubt this is true. It's just a rumor. Starbucks was not certified halal before but recently yes. It you check the Jakim's website it should be listed Starbucks is halal. If its not halal why would it be on the list? That means Jakim is not doing their job right. How do we know where else that has been certified halal by Jakim is non-halal?
