Grilled squidHi All~ A Happy Monday and have a productive day ahead ;)
Since many of you requested for the recipe of grilled squid, here is how to cook this yummylicious dish:
1- Marinate the squid with salt, fennel powder (serbuk jintan) and honey...leave it for about 5 minutes.
2-Prepare the stuffing:
Cut some potatoes into cubes, and saute some yellow onion. When the onion gets tender, put in some cubed tomatoes and chili powder. Then, mix in the cut potatoes, and continue to saute till the potatoes are well done. Turn off the fire, and throw in some sliced coriander.
3. Fill the squid with the stuffing you had sauteed a while ago, and grill the stuffed squid..
4. When the squid is done, squeeze some lime juice over it and your grilled squid is ready to be served!
