Consistency is the policy :)

Everytime I go topless in public (of course at the beach or the pool), for sure there will be people asking about my abs *matilah angkat bakul sendiri!

Yes it's true, most of them asked how they too, can get amazingly flat abs? *petirrr

And just after the Cherating entries, I received a lot of e-mails regarding my abs...
Actually I didn't do much excercise on them... but I do it consistently!

I've been practising the excercise below at home before I go to sleep, and when I wake up... I always do them in 5 minute-sessions.



This is not only for the guys... the excercise can also be practiced by ladies, too! Maybe next time, I will come up with my own clips? :P

I never do exercise my entire life. I never diet. Kaki makan ada la! But I have always had this well-defined lean body, as long as I remember. No spectacular abs like Wahdis's, but the tone is definitely visible. Macam mana pulak tu? Any explanation? :)

Ha ha ha ha ha.. saya tau ini ayat paling 'kerek' dan riak. Jangan marah-marah. Just kidding! :)

Sebab bukan kejap nak dpt flat abs, ambik masa, ada perubahan kecil cuma kita tak noticed.

yes u lean and fit, sebab naturally metabolisme u sgt tinggi..

tapi biasanya kalau tak excercise / workout... otot tak kuat sekadar lean shj tapi takde shape cth; v-shape etc ;)
