Guess what the object in the following pic is. Any idea???
It's actually boiled cow's tongue, and it will be sliced thinly to be served in your cow's tongue soup!!! Doesn't it look Super Delicious?????
This was the first time I saw it. I bumped into this at the soups stall at MYDIN MALL USJ...
No way! I wont put this in my mouth!... I can't imagine the texture of the cow tounge in my mounth! Have anyone tried it? Personally, I won't eat this, anyhow! Would you??

Wahhhh sedap tau makan lidah lembu nie... saya suka part lidah nie, wat sup lidah.. sedap.. kalau goreng masak kicap lagi sedap daging nye lembut.. hehhhe tak try ambik pic telur lembu ke? lagi sedap.. masa kat korban di kampung orkid, lepas korban aje, budak2 sure ambik telur lembu tue kemudian bakar.. sedappp!!! HEHEHEHE
Lidah lembu ni sebenarnya sedap. Lebihkurang daging lembu jugak. Rupanya saja yg sedikit menggerunkan. Tapi lazimnya lidah ni dicelur dulu kemudian keseluruhan kulitnya diselinap sehingga tinggal daging di dalamnya saja..

wahdi, same like u. would never ever put this things inside my mouth melainkan dah tak de sangat makanan! but hubby akak, who is jawa, makan menda ni tau. haiyooo akak kalo blk umah mertua mmg sgt la memilih makanan :P
sup lidah i x pernah makan..tp kalo y bakat best..usually that thorny layer tu dibakar dlu, to remove it..so xde la berduri bile nk mkn.. the texture is very nice..not too hard,not too soft..mmg best la..u shud try..

Tenderloin? Sirloin? Forget those lah. Lidah lembu is the most tender cut of meat in a cow. Kena get over the visual phobia je. Tastes exactly like other cuts, cuma tersangatlah lembut.
betul..lidah lembu lembut dan sedap sgt dari yg lain, actually my mom dia akan kikis atas lidah lembu tu, just ambek isi dalam tu jek..then rebus before u bakar it, cicah air asam sedap..
adeiii sedap nye sup lidah! lama benor tak makan sup lidah!
