Ice Spa (Malacca part 2)
Sorry for taking such a long time to upload this promised entry...*matilah entry basi hehehe
Actually, one of the main reasons we had gone to Malacca two weeks ago was to visit a spa in Bukit Katil.. En Arip had booked for the ice treatment after being recommended by Mum and Dad...
The benefit of the ice treatment is aplenty! The package is inclusive of a body massage and ice bath...
The masseur had repositioned the misaligned intestines through the body massage, and the result is, the stomach will feel better, looks flatter and blood circulation is improved while reducing overall body stiffness... Then, you'd be bathed in ice water, after having soaked your feet in ice water for 20 minutes... *I had not dared to take the challenge!, esp the ice bathing...

The masseur, Puan Rashidah, is quite famous in Malacca. She has her own slot on Radio Melaka every Saturday at 11.00am. My dad was one of the invited guests on her slot and shared his experience with the audience after undergoing the treatment...

Disaster Accident...
A colleague in my new office in Cyberjaya met with an accident this morning. The accident happened just a few seconds behind my car... He had driven it fast as usual, and evertime I took a ride from him to Friday prayers, I felt panicky and the adrenalin shot up everytime he maneuvered a corner...

He said the wet road had caused him to swerve sideways and hit a tree. The impact must've been huge, since the unlucky tree snapped and got uprooted! The front of his car got very mangled, and it caused a long traffic congestion in Cyberjaya this morning!... Lucky for him, no fatality... just his 6-month old Satria Neo losing its front....

Teruk betul accident tu, langgar pokok? He's lucky to be unharmed (?), usually head on collision with the tree leads to fatality. Tapi, that shows that the neo is quite a strong car ek, didn't impact the driver's bay.

Hi Andes, massage dan mandi ice kat siru RM140 tak termasuk ubat kalau u perlukan..lokasinya betul2 kat shop lot selepas pusat memandu bukit katil, kalau menghala ke air keroh lah...u berani ke kena mandi dgn air batu? hehehe
