New Routine...
I've started a new routine... So far, I am feeling good about it! I feel much fresher now, and ready to start my work...The new routine, as it began last night:
10:30 PM - Already in bed.
05.45 AM - Up for Subuh prayer.
06:00 AM - Gulp down a big protein shake, and straight to the gym
(it takes me only 5 minutes to get there!).
06:05 AM to 07:15 AM - Work out in the gym (No sauna nor shower at the gym).I will still get my sauna therapy, maybe three or four times a week, in the evening...
07:30 AM to 08:00 AM -At home, prepare breakfast and lunch box,
while tending to the laundry.
08:00 AM - Shower and get ready for work.
08:30 AM - Out of the house, to go to work...
The previous routine, I used to work out after office when my body was already drained and weak... With this new routine, my timing is better adjusted!
kul 7.15 kat gym...selalu kalau camni lepas subuh tido balik..hehhe
Buat Yoga sikit2, pastu snap2 pic kan, sambil2 berehat seketika :P
Breakfast...5 biji putih telur, bahagian kuningnya ambil suku dari sebiji telur,lagi 4 biji kuning buang :D. 2 keping biskut gandum dan segelas susu.
Sambil tunggu laundry, buat 2 jenis tuna sandwich pagi ni...Buat sekali untuk en Arip.

I paling lama boleh menten cam gitu only for 3 months je.. ehehe.. (sbb tgk takde result in penurunan berat badan..kuikui =p)
Skrin CNN tu macam sama jer dengan tingkap kat luar tuuuuuu... sungguh berseni blog hadik six pack ittew.
Hi hanis, my parents lah sibuk suruh jaga makan dan kesihatan... sejak2 ramai sedara-mara yang muda2 dah kena macam2 penyakit...
hahaha, camna nak ada result kalau makan lebih banyak dari senam kan?!

Kannnnnn... tapi sempat carut orang lain tak pernah ambil kursus fotografi katanyaaaaaa.
Pose diva sauna itu tetap tak dapat ditiru ya... sebab orang lain tak ada "teman sesauna untuk kesihatan" mengintai dalam chermin. OPSSSSS
Komen widget widget ittew bukan iols punya ya. Ittew peminat misteri lain. Contohnya... receptionist. OPPS
so disciplined...i wish i boleh follow regime macam tu...

seronok la tengok ur life! mmg teratur... tapi paling best rajin prepare food utk ke opis. akak ni rajin bawak fruits jerk :P

tapi routine tu tetap maintain so far...:)
