Jom Sauna!

Since making sauna a compulsory part of my workout regime the past two to three months, with gym three or four times a week, I feel a big difference to my overall body... My face is less chubby unlike before :P and there is less fats around my body - without popping any fat burner pills! Of course, with less fats, muscle mass is getting more defined and visible..

And just a while ago, I surveyed about the advantages of sauna. Among the web sites which conducted research into the sauna lifestyle, it is said that:

-It has become well known that people who take regular saunas
(2-3 per week) reduce their incidence of colds and influenza by over 65% (a study by the British Medical Association).

-The reduction and removal of body toxins through the sweating process is becoming a highly regarded benefit of the sauna.

Last nite kat gym, sengayut macam monyet sana sini, pastu kardio 5 minit,

sauna dan mandi...terus jalan kaki gi makan kek ngan en arip...
hehehehe... workout tak seberapa, makan aje yg lebih hehe :P

haiyoohh.. sama la cam i dulu. After gym bantai cake la, ice blended with whipped cream. my mum ckp kalau camtu baik tak yah gi gym. :P

hahhaaa, i selalu habis gym, lepak kat starbucks atas alasan nak relakskan badan dulu..

wahdi, all this while i pegi gym tak pernah masuk sauna, lalu jenguk jenguk je...nak try la, berapa minit recommended?

Anne ruginya! sebaiknya 15 minit lah, tapi kalau kerap bersauna 3 kali seminggu, 5-8 minit dah o.k, sampai badan u betul2 kuar peluh...

Yg bagusnya, sejak2 kerap bersauna
fat cepat kurang, muka tak chubby dan takde jerawat hehe

Salam perkenalan wahdi, sauna memang best, sapa yg dah rasa tau lah, saya dan wife memang dah jatuh cinta dengan sauna nih..so sekarang kami dah jual pulak set sauna dirumah nie..
